TabTrade — The Short Version
Tab Trade went live in March 2026. Online broker registered in Saint Lucia, regulated by Saint Lucia's FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker.
The BlackBull connection matters. It suggests the leadership has actually done this before. Does not guarantee anything. It is better than a random name you cannot trace.
They launched with Equinix data centre access in London. Same facilities banks and hedge funds use. The typical new launch focuses on ads and sign-up promos. These guys led with infrastructure. Interesting choice.
The instrument list: forex, indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, shares, crypto, ETFs. 1,000+. For a broker this new, that range is broad.
Platforms
You get: MT5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Both MT5 and cTrader from one account. Most brokers commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Access to both matters. You are not locked into one.
MetaTrader 5 is what most people know. Complete charts, automated trading, tons of scripts and indicators. If you know MetaTrader before, you know exactly what you are getting.
cTrader by Spotware is the alternative. Better depth of market. Faster charting. Built-in algo trading. Plenty of traders find it more natural once they try it.
Direct FIX connectivity is offered for algo traders but requires the VIP tier ($25,000 to open). TradingView is said to be in the works. That would make the platform set when it arrives.
Accounts and Pricing
Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard account. 1.0 pip spreads. No commission. Easy to track. $0 to start. Good for people who want simple pricing.
Edge. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 each way. Total cost: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On liquid pairs, the raw spread is frequently below 0.2 pips. So your all-in cost can sit below 0.5 pips. That is cheap for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that offer pricing like this ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. TabTrade has no minimum.
VIP. $25k to open. FIX connectivity, sub-20ms execution, tailored rates. Not something most retail traders. Skip it unless you trade institutionally.
Infrastructure
This is where Tab Trade stands apart. Equinix servers in London. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. Those are proper execution targets. The average platform operate at 100ms to 300ms.
Does it matter? For short-term trading, absolutely. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is profit or loss on tight trades. If you trade higher timeframes, you will not notice. What matters is the infrastructure is there. That is what kind of broker this is.
Pair those fill times with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and the overall offering makes sense. Not many platforms with no minimum deposit have infrastructure at this level.
Safety
This is the part you need to be straight about. The broker is under the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No ASIC. No government-backed safety net. If that is a problem for you, look elsewhere. Lots of tier-1 alternatives out there.
However. Benjamin Boulter spent years at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The server placement is not cheap. Scam brokers do not bother with tier-1 data centre access. None of this replace tier-1 regulation. It does factor into your decision.
The deal: no FCA or ASIC safety net. In exchange: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether this deal makes sense depends on you.
Welcome Offer
TabTrade has a deposit bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Standard welcome offer. You fund your account, the broker top up your balance. The normal fine print: trading volume requirements before bonus funds can be taken out. Check the terms before you commit.
